You must have a current USA Wrestling card to practice, and you will need to present the USA Wrestling card before entering the practice room on Day 1.

Step 1: Go to the following website:

Step 2: Create a Profile for your Wrestler or login if you already have one

Step 3: Purchase an Athlete Membership for your Wrestler

Step 4: Bring Card to Practice. Your wrestler will not be allowed to enter the practice room without showing the USA Wrestling card—no exceptions.
